Delivery and pick-up times are customized to your parties needs.
Extended rental time and operational hours available for additional charge.
Free pick up and delivery within 25 miles. $25 for up to 50 miles.
Additional costs for Parking lot, dirt, or rock rentals.
$50 deposit is required to reserve party date.
A 5 business day notice MUST be given for all cancellations. No refunds on
cancellations less than 5 business days.
No shoes or sharp objects are permitted in/on inflatables.
No roughhousing or hard play permitted.
No Silly String.
An adult must be present AT ALL TIMES inflatables are in use.
If any problems with the equipment occur. You must notify a representative immediately.
Blowers must be free from obstructions at all times.
Blowers CANNOT be used in rainy weather.
Renters Responsiblity.
At the time of each delivery a representative will inflate the unit and review the condition of it. The
overall responsibility and care of the inflatable is that of the person in charge of the event. Any
damage found will be subject to a fee up to $100. If the damage is severe and/or malicious you can be
charged up to a cost of a new inflatable.
Harsh Weather Policy.
If the weather for that days rental is questionable, a representative will call
you prior to delivery. If you wish to cancel due to weather at that time, NO
charges will be applied. If the inflatable is delivered and NOT set up due to
weather a $25 delivery fee will be charged. If the customer wants the
inflatable set up in spite of weather conditions, the non-refundable full
amount will be charged.
Dreamland Bouncers has the right to cancel any rental of the inflatable due to
unsafe weather. Safety is always our #1 concern.
With your rental, we will provide: Delivery and Set up, a clean inflatable, blower, tarps, tie downs, stakes, extension cords, GFCI plug, and removal of the inflatable. All you need to do is be safe and have fun.
